This Christmas, Noble Avenue Real Estate invites local children to take part in our annual Christmas Colouring Competition, celebrating the suburbs we live and work in.
Each design features Santa visiting a local landmark - from Hillarys Boat Harbour to Karrinyup Shopping Centre and more - bringing a festive touch to familiar places. Older kids can earn bonus points by telling us which local spot Santa is visiting.
It’s a simple way to encourage creativity, connection and community spirit - while helping local families feel part of something special.
With $500 worth of prizes to give away, there will be a winning and runner up allocated to each age group *(7 & under and 8+)

How to Enter
1) Download & Print
Choose your favourite design below and print it. No printer? Collect a copy from our Hillarys office (2/46 Angove Drive, Hillarys) or at any Noble Avenue Real Estate home open.
2) Get Colouring
Add your personal flair and bring the season to life.
Older kids: bonus points if you can tell us which local landmark Santa is visiting.
3) Submit Your Entry
