With Christmas just around the corner, the Elves at Noble Avenue Real Estate have been busy making sure all the good kids in our community can get their letters to Santa in time for Christmas.
Families are invited to visit our Hillarys office (2/46 Angove Drive, Hillarys) to post their Letters to Santa in our bright red Father Christmas Mailbox or hand them to one of our friendly team members (Santa’s helpers) at a home open. Every child who joins in the fun will receive a personal reply from Father Christmas himself, mailed or hand-delivered just before Christmas Day.
Letters will need to be in the Noble Avenue post box by Tuesday 10 December to make it all the way to the North Pole in time.
To make it even easier, families can download and print our Letter to Father Christmas template from the link below, complete with space for your child’s name, age, wish list and return address.

This year, we’re also inviting local children to take part in our annual Christmas Colouring Competition.
It’s a wonderful way for kids to express their creativity and feel part of a celebration that brings together imagination, joy and community spirit.
The winner will receive a great prize. Follow our socials for more details soon!
Our Reverse Advent Calendar is also back for another year, helping Foodbank WA provide essential food relief to local families in need.
Simply pick up a box from our office, fill it with pantry staples or festive treats, and return it before 1 December. You can also drop off individual items in our donation bins anytime during office hours.
It’s a simple act of giving that makes a huge difference to households across Perth during the festive season.
At this time of year, our office becomes more than a place for property. It turns into a space filled with laughter, generosity and connection. From little ones eagerly posting their letters to Santa to families contributing to our Reverse Advent Calendar for Foodbank WA, we’re reminded just how special our community is.
Every letter, drawing and donated item is a small act of kindness that reflects what this season is truly about. It’s a time to give, to share and to make someone’s day a little brighter.
We’re proud to be part of a community that comes together so wholeheartedly, not just at Christmas but all year round.
Visit us at 2/46 Angove Drive, Hillarys, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and join us in celebrating the joy of the season.
