If you’re looking for Easter activities for kids in Perth this is an easy way to get involved. Download the artwork, colour it in, and submit your entry for the chance to win. While you’re here, stop by the office and enter our guess how many Easter eggs are in the jar competition too.
How to Enter
- Download and print the Easter colouring artwork here. Alternatively you can visit the Hillarys Office or one of our home opens where we have already printed a sheet to collect.
- Colour your masterpiece.
- Submit your entry by dropping it off at 2/46 Angove Drive, Hillarys or posting a photo to your social media story and tagging @nobleavenuerealestate.

- Winners announced: 1 April 2026 via social media (make sure to follow our page here)

Pop into the Noble Avenue office this Easter and take your best guess at how many Easter eggs are in the jar. The closest guess wins the whole jar, so it’s well worth a shot while you’re dropping off your colouring competition entry.
Terms & Conditions
- Entry is open to children only.
- Entries will be judged across two age groups: younger and older.
- One winner will be selected from each age group.
- Each winner will receive 1 x Koko Black Easter Hamper.
- Entries must be submitted by 30 March 2026.
- Winners will be announced on 1 April 2026
- Entry is available in office only.
- The closest valid guess wins the jar.
- In the event of a tie, Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to determine the winner.
- The jar prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
