At Noble Avenue Real Estate, we’re passionate about more than just selling homes—we’re committed to supporting the community we call home. This year, we’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ve been named the #2 Food Drive Fundraiser for Foodbank WA in 2024!

Through the overwhelming generosity of our Perth northern suburbs local community, we’ve achieved an incredible milestone in our Reverse Advent Calendar initiative. In just a few months, we filled 250 boxes and collected over 2,372 kilograms of food, smashing last year’s record of 170 boxes. This achievement is a testament to the power of community and the incredible impact we can make when we work together.

We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our real estate team at Noble Avenue Real Estate, who went above and beyond to coordinate donations, promote the initiative, and ensure that every box was packed onto the Foodbank truck and delivered to those in need. The dedication of our team, combined with the generosity of our neighbours and clients, has been the driving force behind this remarkable accomplishment.

Our Record-Breaking Reverse Advent Calendar

The Noble Avenue Reverse Advent Calendar is all about giving back during the holiday season. Instead of opening a calendar door, participants add a non-perishable food item to a box each day, creating a generous collection of supplies to be donated.

This year, the response from our community was overwhelming. The thoughtful contributions from our neighbours, clients, and supporters helped us surpass all prior year totals and make a real difference for families in need.
