July is shaping up to be one of the busiest months yet across Perth's northern suburbs, with everything from school holiday workshops to coastal fun runs filling the calendar. Whether you're after a family outing, a midweek social activity, or something a little more active, there's plenty to get out and enjoy this month.
As locals ourselves, the team at Noble Avenue Real Estate loves sharing what's happening in the neighbourhoods we live and work in, along with a few insider tips from the reps who know these areas best. If you're curious what's currently available across the northern suburbs, now's a great time to take a look.
