Friday 3 April | 4:30 pm–8:30 pm
Seacrest Park
Kick off the Easter weekend with a relaxed coastal night market packed with family fun. Expect food trucks (including seafood), market stalls, sweet treats, face painting, and live music by Brandon Gray. Plus, the Easter Bunny will be visiting from 6pm, alongside fairy + hula hoop entertainment.
Local tip from Linda Noble: Bring a picnic rug and arrive early so you can grab food, settle in, and get a great spot for the Easter Bunny visit and live music. This is also a dog-friendly park so you can bring the whole family.

Sunday 5 April | 2:00 pm–5:00 pm
The Carine
This Easter Extravaganza brings a big line-up for the kids, Easter Bunny meet & greet, face painting, and a make your own bunny ears activity to take home, while parents can relax and enjoy the afternoon. $10 Tickets are required for adults and kids.
Local tip from Karen Riches: Carine Regional Open Space is just across the road. If you want to go for a nice walk before or after, this is a great shaded park with a popular kids playground.

Monday 6 April | 6:00 am
Tom Simpsons Park, Mullaloo Beach
Ocean breezes, sunrise energy, and a distance for every kind of runner. Choose your challenge: 10km, 21km, the 27km Coast Roller, or go big with the Urban Coast Run & Ultra 64km. Tickets can be purchased here - www.runningcalendar.com.au/event/urban-coast-run-ultra/
Local tip from Brett Moore: Start slower than you think, fuel early, and break the distance into smaller goals, it makes the whole run a lot more manageable.

Friday 10 April | 9:30 am–11:00 am
9 MacNaughton Crescent (MacMcNaughton Park), Kinross
Kinross is all about community and the Kinross Community Garden is testament to this. Regular gardening gatherings are held:
This is a wholesome community morning with weeding, pruning, planting, watering and harvesting some vegetables to take home. Also join local artist and gardener Trish in creating garden art. Easy art activities which are different each session. Equipment and art supplies provided (gold coin donations requested to cover these costs). Stick around for the morning tea table (BYO cup preferred) and enjoy a friendly, welcoming vibe.

Sunday 12 April | 5:30 pm
The Carine
One of Perth's best party bands is back. Magnificent Seven returns with a huge repertoire (100+ songs) spanning country classics, pop, rock, and originals. Expect a packed dance floor and big cowboy madness energy.

Saturday 18 April | VIP Entry - 9:00-10:00 am ($7.59), Gold Coin Entry - 10:00 am-2:00 pm
13 Davenport Street (Karrinyup Community Hall/Centre), Karrinyup
Fabric, craft and sewing supplies galore, perfect for makers, hobbyists, and anyone who loves a bargain. VIP entry is ideal if you want first pick of the best finds.
Local tip from Shirley Heslip: Bring cash for quick purchases and a tote bag (or two) you'll likely leave with more than you planned. If you are interested in being a seller is it $65 and you can book here.

Sunday 19 April | 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Mawson Park, Hillarys
A laid-back family day in the park with pony rides, an animal farm, face painting, live music, food trucks, coffee and bakery treats, plus market stalls and gourmet products. There's plenty of space and shade, perfect for picnics and kids to run around.
Local tip from Linda Noble: Pack a picnic rug and arrive closer to 10am to beat the midday rush and note that dogs aren't permitted at Mawson Park due to council regulations. If you are interested in being a stall owner you can fill out an application form here.

Thursday 23 April | 6:30 pm-8:30 pm
Currambine Bar & Bistro
A monthly social event for book lovers of all ages. Join hosts Emma and Clare for a fun evening themed around the Book of the Month: This Book Made Me Think Of You by Libby Page. Come solo, bring friends, or bring your existing book club crew.
Local tip from Jay Dass: Even if you haven't finished the book, go anyway, these nights are as much about connection and conversation as they are about the final chapter. The May book choice is The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides.

Saturday 25 April | Arrive by 5:30 am for a 5:45 am start
Ocean Reef Marina (Dawn Service), followed by activities at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club
Joondalup City RSL Sub-Branch will commemorate ANZAC Day 2026 at Ocean Reef Marina with a dawn service, followed by a gunfire breakfast at Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club. Two-up will run from 7:00 am-9:30 am and again from 11:00 am-1:30 pm. The galley will be open for lunch and dinner, with the ANZAC Day match on screens and a band.
Local tip Nikki Kale: Arrive early for parking and bring a warm layer, it can be chilly this early by the marina.
