Presented by Real Estate Business and sponsored by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the annual REB Top 50 WA ranking honours the state’s leading real estate professionals based on more than just sales volume. It’s a data-verified list that looks at listings, local influence, client service, and overall contribution to WA’s real estate landscape.

"CoreLogic figures showed that as at 31 March 2025, Perth recorded the highest annual change in dwelling value across all capital cities at an 11.9 per cent increase. The booming WA property market has created significant opportunities across the state.

This property boom was shown among the stellar results across WA’s top 50 agents, with high-performing agents selling a combined 5,069 properties in 2025, up by 23.5 per cent from the year prior.
