Say My Name Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern Noble Avenue Real Estate’s Say My Name referral program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

1. Referral Submission

  • Referrals must be submitted through the official online form at https://nobleavenue.com.au/realestate_referral or directly via the admin team.

  • You must have the referee’s consent to share their contact details with Noble Avenue Real Estate.

  • The referrer must select the sales representative they are referring to at the time of submission.

2. Reward Criteria

  • A $500 Crown Perth voucher will be issued to the referrer once the referee’s property transaction has reached settlement through Noble Avenue Real Estate.

  • The referee must list and sell their property with a Noble Avenue agent for the referrer to be eligible.

  • Only one reward will be issued per successful property sale, regardless of multiple referrals made for the same person.

3. Quarterly Draw

  • Every successful referral (where a settlement occurs) will also be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win a luxury dining experience (e.g. dinner for two at a local venue).

  • Prize details may vary and are at the discretion of Noble Avenue Real Estate.

  • Winners will be contacted via email or phone.

4. Exclusions

  • Self-referrals are not permitted.

  • No reward will be issued for referrals involving transactions already in progress or where the referee is already known to Noble Avenue Real Estate.

  • If multiple people refer the same individual, the reward will go to the first verified referral submitted.

5. Timing & Delivery

  • Rewards will be delivered electronically or in person within 30 days of the referred transaction settling.

  • Prize draw winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw date.

6. Program Changes

  • Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Rewards issued prior to termination will still be honoured.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected through the referral form is used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program.
