Noble Avenue Real Estate Annual Christmas Colouring Competition – Terms and Condition

Welcome to the Noble Avenue Real Estate Christmas Colouring Competition! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Noble Avenue Real Estate Christmas Colouring Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals of all ages, with a primary focus on children and families in our local community.

1.2 Employees of Noble Avenue Real Estate and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Submission

2.1 To participate in the Competition, entrants must:

  • Download the colouring sheet from our website.
  • Complete the artwork by colouring the sheet creatively.
  • Take a clear photo of the completed artwork.

2.2 Submission Methods:

  • Email: Submit the photo to admin@nobleavenue.com.au with the subject line "Christmas Colouring Competition Entry."
  • In-Person: Drop off the physical artwork at our office located at 2/46 Angove Drive, Hillarys.

2.3 All entries must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, 13th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Judging Criteria

3.1 Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity: Original and imaginative colouring style.
  • Use of Colour: Effective and vibrant use of colours to enhance the artwork.
  • Festive Spirit: The artwork should capture the joy and spirit of Christmas.

3.2 The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

4. Winner Announcement

4.1 The winner of the Competition will be announced on Monday, 16th December 2024, via Noble Avenue Real Estate's official social media pages (@NobleAvenueRealEstate on Instagram and Facebook).

5. Prizes

5.1 The grand prize for the winning entry is a $250 LEGO Gift Voucher. No cash or other prize alternatives are available.

5.2 Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value should the advertised prize become unavailable.

6. Data Collection and Use

6.1 To enter the Competition, participants must provide the following personal information: name, age, mobile number, and email address.

6.2 By entering, participants consent to Noble Avenue Real Estate collecting and using their personal information for:

  • Administering the Competition
  • Contacting winners
  • Sending emails related to this Competition and future promotions

6.3 Noble Avenue Real Estate will store and handle participants' personal information in accordance with data protection laws. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

7. General Terms

7.1 By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Participants grant Noble Avenue Real Estate a non-exclusive right to use submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition. Participants retain ownership of their artwork, and Noble Avenue Real Estate will not use it for commercial purposes without prior consent.

8. Public Display and Publication

8.1 By entering the Competition, participants consent to Noble Avenue Real Estate displaying their submitted artwork on Noble Avenue Real Estate's website and social media platforms for promotional purposes related to the Competition.

8.2 Winners’ names may be published alongside their artwork, unless otherwise advised by the participant.

8.3 Noble Avenue Real Estate will make reasonable efforts to credit participants by name when displaying their artwork but is not obligated to do so.

8.4 Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to use the artwork in digital and physical promotional materials related to the Competition.

9. Liability

9.1 Noble Avenue Real Estate is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
  • Technical issues that prevent entry submission
  • Any damage or loss arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize

9.2 Participants enter the Competition at their own risk.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Noble Avenue Real Estate reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be posted on our website, and it is the participants’ responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
